As a Member/Delegate of the Saginaw County Republican Party also known as SCRP, where do you fit in?
Answer:
Anywhere you like! As your time, talent, and treasure dictate, we know you can find a place on a team with other members who will focus in one or more areas to achieve the goals of “Growing the Party in Saginaw County!” As we move in a huge election year in 2024, we need to build an (Army) to defeat the Democrats!
Each Committee is led by two Co-Chairman (one Executive Committee member and one Delegate member). You may choose to submit your “Member Profile” to give us some insight into your talents and interests. A Co-Chairman will follow-up with you. Or contact any Executive Committee member at a monthly membership meeting (6:30 pm, 2nd Thursdays at Gideon Christ Community Church, 915 Federal Ave, Saginaw).

Administrative Office
It is an information center, gathering place for committees to meet, to work and plan, as well as being available to our local and state candidates to meet with us.
Volunteers fill a full-time office schedule to greet delegates, potential members and to serve all of Saginaw County.
Our volunteer office team is the face of the Saginaw County Republican Party to the public.

Prayer & Care
We feel that Prayer is the building block of the SCRP, a foundation that cannot be broken, Psalm 127:1 states, unless the Lord builds the house, they labor in vain who builds it; unless the Lord guards the city, the watchman stays awake in vain.
We are servants to all who call SCRP there home.
We will come along those that are in need of prayer and or care in their time of need.
We will support, bring truth and accountability to our Republican Party, all are welcome to Pray.

Communications
The Communications Committee is a standing committee with goals of insuring the visibility of the SCRP to the public in multiple formats. The committee will provide an active social media presence, coordinate website updates with events, news, links, develop flyers and handouts for SCRP events and meetings, manage month newsletter, and handle press releases amount other duties. The chair provides leadership to the committee, serves as spokesperson for the committee, creates agenda, takes minutes and reports to Executive Committee.

PURPOSE: Coming together in-person as a Community of Conservatives in Saginaw County to GROW the Saginaw County Republican Party!

Fundraising/Corporate Membership
Our two teams of volunteers will collectively work to build the financial armory needed for our Saginaw County Republican Party.
Our Fund Raising team will ask our delegates, friends & neighbors to contribute in building up our coffers for a rented office and printing cost critical for us to have in support of the upcoming 2024 election cycle, investing in resources that will be Republican candidates centric.
Our Corporate Membership on a grand scale will be sought by our team of Republican delegates who will contact Saginaw County business executives to ask them to become our partners to help finance the election campaigns of our Republican candidates running for State & Local offices.
These contributions are fundamental for the health, wellbeing and security of our citizens, This is brought about by electing ardent Judeo-Christian Conservative political leaders back into our lives, electing those Republicans who will keep God, Family & Country supported by our U.S.Constitution first and foremost, to keep far left Democrat irresponsible policies abated!

Candidate Support/Recruitment
The Saginaw GOP is committed to finding, developing and supporting high quality candidates who believe in America. Abraham Lincoln started a party based on American exceptionalism that was centered on laws and human rights founded by God Almighty. These values are not the dreams of men from the past. They are active lifestyles for millions of Americans. We believe that Saginaw County deserves candidates that will serve us with these same ideals honoring our Creator.

Legislative Reporting
The Legislative Committee welcomes delegates who desire to serve as a resource for local, state and federal bills under consideration for confirmation. The spectrum of topics is vast. Reporting could include but not limited to preparing resolutions, surveys, information statements, meeting announcements, rallies, and regular contact with legislators.

Community Outreach
If you want to make a difference in other people’s lives, this committee is for you. There are lots of needs out there in our Saginaw county where we can use our time, talents, and treasure to reach out in a positive manner. You are invited to do works of mercy and meet wonderful people along the way. Some experiences would be serving in a soup kitchen, visiting the elderly, buying food for veterans, or delivering donations to name a few. Please join us and together as Republicans let’s make Saginaw County Great Again.

Delegate Recruitment & Support
If you love people we have a place for you. We need door knockers and phone callers who want to bring people into our family. Making change happens with the love of Christ and a heart for people. Saginaw County has 907 Precinct Delegate positions and we want to fill them all to give the power back to the people. Relationship building is very important to us. You will be provided with ongoing training and a family like support system to help grow the Saginaw GOP. You are never alone here.
