Vicki and I are very involved in our kids’ education. Any good parent is. We quickly discovered that not only do our public schools block ANY mention of God, but they actually persecute Christians. We tried to get involved. We wanted more Patriotic education because our Nation’s Motto is IN GOD WE TRUST. We couldn’t gain any ground and were about to give up when a friend suggested we become precinct delegates. We are so glad we did! Being a delegate is very special to us. It shows us that WE THE PEOPLE have a HUGE say in our government the way the founding fathers intended. We have found a new family in the Saginaw GOP. These are people we can pray with, eat with and just share this Great Nation that God has blessed us with. You are missing out on blessings by not being involved.

Being an executive committee member is a challenge to me. In fact, I didn’t even ask or want to do it. However, I felt that it was something God wanted for me. God is really good at putting me in situations to challenge and grow me. I am humbled to be on a committee with actual real life Christians and not just people who just check a religion box. These are people who love Jesus and their lives show it.

My personal goal here is to follow the Republican Party original plan as much as possible. Abraham Lincoln is my second favorite president and a very wise man. I want to draw people into our party by using the love of Jesus the way he did. Our country’s motto is In God We Trust and it’s time we live our lives that way.
